1. Introduction to the equipment

 

Bottled water bottling machine is developed by applying lots of new technologies, new techniques and new structures with the quality ranking leading in the industry. It features that the neck of bottle is clamped between the bottle clamping plate and upper plate, and it is driven by star wheel, then bottle clamp plate may rotate to convey bottle, thus achieving fully automatic bottle washing, bottling and capping with the advantages of low wear, simple bottle replacement, accurate and stable conveying and scientific procedures. Additionally, all parts which contact with fluid are made of imported quality stainless steel material or wear resistant, ozone resistant and food class engineering plastic, the electric systems are imported elements, and the sanitation meets the state standard with stable and reliable performance, low fault rate, automatic control and complete after sale service, therefore, it has earned high popularity from domestic and foreign clients as the ideal bottling equipment for various soft beverage manufacturers.

2. Main components of the equipment

 

The main unit of the equipment composes of bottom plate frame, glass frame, bottle washing machine, bottling machine, capping machine, main motor drive, star-wheel drive, star-wheel plate, cap arranging mechanism, lower cap tank, cap separating mechanism and electric control system. The bottom plate frame is welded with rectangle pipe and steel plate, and the upper surface and sides are covered with stainless steel plate with high strength and rigidity, light weight as the basic part for the entire equipment, the bottom is installed with floor bolt for adjusting level and height; glass frame is used for closing the surrounding environment of the main unit, the upper part applies transparent glass door for monitoring the equipment, glass door is installed with protective device which can automatically stop the machine if it is activated. The entire machine features beautiful appearance, safe and reliable working.

Assistant parts mainly compose of back-flow can, bottle feeding flue and bottle discharging chain, additionally, such components as manual bottle feeding platform (or bottle arranging machine ), manual bottle feeding chain, automatic cap feeding machine, lamp inspecting case, code spraying machine, labeling machine are also installed according to client’s requirements.

 

 

3. Technical features

 

3.1 Ventilation mechanism

 

Fan can blow the bottle clap plate of the star-wheel drive I, then bottle clamp plate can convey the bottles to the bottle washing machine.

 

 

3.2 Overturning mechanism of bottle washing machine

 

It mainly composes of bottle washing clamp, upper rotary plate, guide rail, water distributing plate, shield, water spraying device, water tray etc.

Bottle washing clamp rotates with the upper rotary plate, and open the bottle mouth clamp with elastic distortion when contacting the bottle feeding star-wheel, which can clamp the bottle neck, then overturns at 180° along the guide rail, bottle mouth may become downwards for cleaning and drying the bottle with water, then overturn for 180°, bottle mouth becomes upwards and then conveyed with the star-wheel; shield can prevent sprinkling of cleaning water; water distributing plate can deliver the cleaning water from the still parts to the rotary parts.

 

 

3.3 Bottling mechanism

 

It mainly composes of bottling barrel, bottling valve, guide rail, lifting device, bottle clamping lift device etc.

Bottle is conveyed to the bottling machine with the clamp plate of star-wheel drive IV, bottling bottle clamp plate supports the bottle neck and rotates together with the bottling, and ascend along the guide rail and then open the bottling valve for bottling, after finishing bottling, it descend and loose the bottling valve, bottling valve may automatically close. Bottle is discharged from the bottling machine along the clamp plate of star-wheel drive V.

 

 

3.4 Capping mechanism

 

Capping mechanism composes of cap separating mechanism, capping machine and cap arranging mechanism.

Bottle is conveyed into the capping machine with 3# star-wheel and then is clamped with the bottle clamping block; the cap is arranged by the cap arranging mechanism and then is delivered to the cap separating mechanism from the lower cap tank; cap separating mechanism can separate the caps, and capping head may ascend and remove the cap and press it onto the bottle mouth with cam; under the drive of gear, capping head tighten the cap on the bottle mouth along the shaft, and keep constant capping moment; the well capped bottle is delivered out with 4# star-wheel. The capping machine is connected with cap separating mechanism, lower cap tank, cap arranging mechanism with harmonious combination through several movements for delivering bottle, delivering cap, holding cap and capping.

 

 

Features:

 

1.It adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle mold more convenient, faster and more laborsaving. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The key electric elements adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc. international famous product.

2.Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional star-wheel, We use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily, without equipment height adjustment, only few parts need to be adjusted.

3.Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.

4.High-speed, easily-cleaned filling valves with big flow volume are well CIP system and control system to rinse the equipment throughly.
