Product Description
JMQ-320A die cutting machine is a kind of flat-bed die cutting machine with high precision, whose material-going is controlled by servo motor. The three photoelectric eyes do the web guiding job. Die cutting, laminating, waste rewinding and sheeter (or rewinding) can be finished in one process. It is applicable to die cut electronic label.
Standard configuration:
1feeder, 1slicer, 1 host, 1 upper form borads for diecutting, 1 lower form board for die cutting, Metal tooling.
Suitable material:
1. Sticky productions: Electronic, electrical appliance, mobile phone special rubber cushions, silicone rubber cushions, magic tape, electric conductive tape, powerful double side adhesive etc electronic industry, IT film switch and car making industry.
2. Dustprof materials: Cosmetic cotton, camera cotton, high-density sponge, filtering sponge, dust net and non-woven fabric.
3. Shock absorbing products: EVA tape, rubber, transparent cushion, PORON cushion, 3M, inflammable retardant EVA, high foam.
4. Insulation, EMI: Fireproof paper, aluminum foil, copper foil, PVC, PET, brown paper, sponge sheath, pearl cotton sheath.
