JYP-015 melter is mainly suitable for disposable paper sanitary articles in maternity&child, packaging, assembly and sealing of electronics, air filter and so on.
Main characteristics:
1. the surface of melting tank is coated with teflon in order to prevent from carbonization and reduce blockage.
2. gradual heating and multi-layer filter.
3. double-layer precsion gear pump and double-loop design, glue output is high steady.
4. adopts intelligent PID temperature control system.
5. With the function of ultra high temperature protection function.
