2. The cutter holder and blades on the rotor can be dismantled; it is easy for cleaning, maintenance.
3. The rotating blades adopt "V" installation style; it makes the blades to cut the material uniformly, low the power consumption and low the noise.
Each rotating blade has 4 pcs cutting edges , After wearing , It can rotate 90°and use again .
4. The main shaft is driven by gearbox, its operation is stable and noise is low and torque is big.
5. Hydraulic pressure to push the material, unique dynamical system, firm structure and steady running.
6. PLC program control, the machine can positive and negative run or stop automatically.
7. The body case adopts Q345-B plate welding, tempering treatment after welding to eliminate the welding stress.
