Three-layer co-extruded PVC machine is mainly used in the production of PVC composite pipe which is a new-type composite drainage pipe. The three-layer co-extruded composite drainage pipes have properties of rigid PVC in the inner and outer wall to ensure the sufficient pipe strength and other physical features, while the middle layer from specially formulated PVC is relative density 0.7-0.9g/cm3, featured by a micro closed hole shape. Therefore the special structure adopts I structural principle in the mechanics of materials. The middle layer as soft rubber body has not only all the advantages of PVC (empty wall) pipe, but also sound insulation, heat insulation, shockproof, impact resistance, light weight, low cost, etc.
