WPC window sill extrusion machine adopts twin-screw extruder with outer rotating exhaust device for production of the product. After preheating and feeding, extruder makes materials uniformly plasticized to form a melt through the conveying, exhaust and melting process. The futher homogenized melt is molded into a dense by head pressure which passes through a die moulding in a state of flowing constantly. We should focus on head and mouth mold temperature control, because the the PVC wood processing temperature is quite close to decomposition temperature. According to formulation requirements, the extrusion temperature is controlled between 170 ℃ ~ 180 ℃( PVC wood plastic will fade and break down with higher temperature); the head die temperature up to 175 ° C to 180 ℃. In addition, the main motor screw speed is not too high, otherwise large screw torque will damage to the machine; and if the rotation speed is too high, the extrusion speed is too fast , which causes poor plasticizing to affect product quality. Of course, the screw speed is not too slow, otherwise the material is easily decomposed in the long residence time in the extruder.
