Industrial digital close-range 3D photogrammetry system

Industrial digital close-range 3D photogrammetry system is used to carry out 3D measurement for the critical points of large or super large (several meters to tens of meters) objects. Compared with the conventional coordinate measuring instrument, it has no limitation in respect of mechanical travel, specimen size, volume and shape. It can effectively reduce the accumulated errors and improve overall measurement accuracy of 3D data. The system can be used alone or combined with RMS 3D surface scanning machine, ensuring the overall splicing accuracy of point cloud in measuring large objects.

Features and applications

It is able to measure the 3D coordinates of coded and non-coded reference points on large objects surface.

Combined with 3D scanner, it can obtain high accuracy 3D data of super large objects, correct large-scale surface point cloud information and greatly improve the overall point cloud splicing accuracy of 3D scanner.

It can compare the detected 3D geometric shapes with CAD design drawings, perform appearance quality detection for large-scale products quickly and easily.

It can detect the displacement and deformation of stressed workpieces in different stages of loading and find wide applications in 3D measurement and detection for aircraft, bridge, vehicle and other large equipments.
