Product Description

  1. Pre-treatment: To remove the impurity on the object that needs to be painted, such as oxide, rust, grease, etc, to provide a good substrate for spray painting, it adopts the processing of phosphorization, oxidation, passivation to ensure the coating has the properties of antisepsis and decoration.
    The pre-treatment includes: Spray type, tank-DIP type, skin-diving
    Major component: Shed body, tank, exhaust systems, pumps and sprinkler system, air supply system, hanging chain protection, water separation equipment, heat exchange system, slag removal system, pickling systems, pure water generation system, temperature control system, electronic control system and other system.

    2. Spray painting: Through the spray gun or disc atomizer, by means of pressure or centrifugal force, dispersed into uniform and fine droplets, painting on surface of objects that need to be coating.
    It can be divided into air spray, airless spray, electrostatic spray coating, and the basic form of various derived methods, such as a large flow of low pressure spray coating, thermal spraying, automatic spraying, and multiple spray.

  2. Spray operation with high efficiency, suitable for manual and industrial automation and wide application. Mainly used for metals, plastics, furniture, military, marine and other areas. This technique is currently the most common application of a coating method.
    Spraying operations require environmental requirements for clean room of million to hundred level.
    Spraying equipment includes spray gun, spray booth for paint room, drying room, spraying equipment, the workpiece transport operations, anti-fogging and wastewater, waste gas treatment equipment.

    Kind of spray booth:
    1) Dry spray booth: For small quantities and more complex parts
    2) Atomizing-type spray chamber: For small parts

    Major structure of spray booth:

    3. Stoving: As the heavy construction machinery and parts machine, heat capacity, so it's anti-rust coating drying, generally uniform baking hot air convection drying method. Heat source can be local conditions, use of steam, electricity, light diesel oil, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas.
    Divided into: Hanging air furnace, tunnel furnace, oven cabinet.

    Major component:
