Miniminzing Operating costs and Maximizing heating power
Heating provided by Power flame 50000kcal burner will be housed in the heat exchanger, which will be mounted in the rear of the oven.
The control panel for the oven will be on the right hand side of the chamber,the panel will house the electrical components and the heating temperature.
The oven will have a exhaust
located in the rear of the oven, the exhaust will be activated via the
oven on switch and will be on at all times.The echaust outlet will be
150mm dia.
