(C)Feature:

1.Adopt UH - 5SN suspension conveyor conveying, equipped with motor speed driving

2.Curing baking is adopted bystraight-through type structure, furnace plate adopts the overall framestructure, heating preservation effect is good.

3.Curing bakeheating is using natural gasheating, the mode of hot air circulation , preserving heat.Energyconsumption is reduced to the minimum.

4.In order to guarantee the workpiecesurface quality, It is particularly adding hot air filtration devices.in order to effectively prevent the furnace internal circulation ofsuspended particles timely filter,

so as to ensure the purity of the hot air, reaching high quality surface of workpiece quality.

5.Powder room chooses the latest Europedesigning new spray, the design of convulsions airflow is stable andreasonable, which guarantee the workpiece on powder rate and quality ofcoating, recycling of 95% ~ 97%.

6.Powder recovering device adopts thesieving device for 80 mesh, it can be better filtration powderimpurities; To ensure that the surface of workpiece quality.
