SJ Series Single Screw Extruder
1Motor: Frequency conversion timing, 0.75-2.2 kW, power is up to customer's
requirements.
2Special speed reducer, speed reduce ratio is 43:1.
3Material of the screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen treatment, screw is designed especially for PVC.
4Screw adopts frequency conversion timing, 0.75-2.2 kW,inverter brand of Fuji.
5Cast-aluminum heating coil, barrel is fan cooling.
6Stainless steel hopper, with side glass and flash board.
7Extruder head is equipped with flange.
8Electric control cabinet: Contactor is brand of Siemens, temperature
controller is brand of RKC(5 pcs), inverter is brand of Fuji, current meter and voltage meter aredigital display type, electrical outlet(4 pcs).
