3. Specially designed for step insulating glass and triple insulating glass, 1-up to 4 sides stepped units, shape pf insulating glass, could wash Low-E glass
4. Coating & LOW-E glass automatic identification
5. Full distance automatic changeable frequency speed adjustment, which can save work waiting time and improve production efficiency
6. Pressing part is fluid drive, adjust size of glass by servo
7. When glass is pressed, the front and back part of flat pressing machine lift up the glass with lever-type arm and hand system, all this will ensure no malposition.
8. Adopts the imported vacuum generator and sucker, the suction effect to the glass could be much better
9. Model LBP2500 processing line is 8 parts(including tilting table)
