Description:

1. 400 grit sharpening stone: Coarse sharpening for a blunter blade

A necessary step for the burrs elimination. sharpeningapproximately once a week at least is recommended.
Usage:
To begin with, place the sharpening stone plainly.
1. Coare sharpening
Put the knife/blade on the 400 grit sharpening diamond, pulling forward with a moderate pressure.
2. Fine honing/polishing
A necessary step for honing and polishing your knives. Also pulling forward with a moderate pressure 4-5 times. Sharpening approximately once a week at least is recommended.
3. Cleaning
After sharpening, clean the knife with wiper or water and the sharpening stone with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
Caution:
1. Please use the whole surface of sharpening stone to keep the consistency when sharpening knives.
2. Sharpening result would be much better with sharpening oil.
