Product Description
Precast concrete shuttering magnet is a new magnetic assemby which is used to fix the framework in precast industry. The assembly consists of some strong neodymium magnets and steel plates which form to certain designed magnetic circuit. This magnetic circuit provides very much stronger attraction force to any ferrous workpiece. But the magnetic power is shielded and controled by the thick metal box. We develop the push ON/OFF button to open or close the magnetic power outside of the metal box.
This flexible system saves time, money and manpower. And we just developed the new style with force 1350KGS but the weight of the magnet is only 6 kg, and the size is 32X9X6cm, compare to bigger 1800KGS magnet box size 32X12X6cm, it is middle size and more economic for your applications.

By mean of the tension-mechanism, the profile (layer is planed) is pulled to the bottom of the shuttering, so that an exactly edge of the manufactured item is managed. For the system is one unit, measuring mistakes are not possible. The easy and quick handling increases the work safety. Using the corresponding lever, the system can be taken off and removed easily from the bottom of the shuttering.
By mean of the separated arrangement of tension mechanism and handle-knob, and tension mechanism and shuttering, the forces acting on the formwork and on the magnet during the concrete process are absorbed. The built-in tension elements are placed in a save position, so that the formwork-system is less sensitive against soiling.
We have 0.5m, 0.75m,1m,1.5m,2m,2.5m,3m and 3.5m length for your option,meanwhile,we are also providing the aluminum formwork panel with 150mm,175mm,and 200mm height which are suitable for magnet clamp application.

Testing Center

Salt Spray Test :
Mainly test the surface treatment against the corrosion. Usually the tested samples will be continuous sprayed 24 hours in the 35℃ temperature to see if there is any rust appearance on the surface.
Projection Instrument:
Mainly test the magnets with irregular shapes such as arc segments and any other irregular-shaped parts to see if their dimensions meet the customers' requirements or not.
PCT Instrument:
Mainly test the magnets to prevent against corrosion on the high temperature and high atmospheric pressure . Usually the test condition is 120℃ temperature and 2 atmospheric pressure .
Heat& Humidity Instrument:
Mainly test the magnet to against corrosion on certain temperature and humidity . Usually the test condition is 80℃ temperature and 90%+/-3% humidity
Hysteresgraph:
Mainly test the magnetic characteristics of the magnet, including Residual (Br ), Coercive(Hcb) . Intrinsic Coercive(Hcj), Max. Energy product(BH max) and any other related magnetic parameters.
