1. The electronic controlling system

presented on the screen. Many programs of production can be remembered and
stored according to the operators. So when wanting the machine to do one program
of production which has been operated in the past, just pick out the program and let
the program work. So the system is perfect. The reliability can reach to 99.9%. The electronic components and parts are OMRON brand or the brand of SIMENS. If there are problems of overloaded, overheated and many other security problems(of course, if there are, if any), there will be alert from the machine for the operator. The infrared sensor of protection is also equipped.
2. The hydraulic system
   The brand of YUKEN is equipped. It has a small noise when it is working. The change of the direction is soft. It also has a long life.
3. The material of the screw of the barrel of the extrusion machine is international
standard 38CrMoAlA. The material is nitriding. The thickness, the hardness and
many other request of the surface all reach to the standard. There is high-performance cast aluminium equipment. The temperature can be controlled automatically. The air and water cooling equipments are equipped. The energy is saved. The screw has the structure of forcing the material going in. This structure makes the moving of the raw material go faster.
