The galvanometer welding machine is composed of YAG solid laser, laser power supply, optical scanning system, plane field focusing system, opical fiber coupling transmission system, computer and programmable controller, cooling system, laser display system, operation cabinet and three-axis CNC worktable. After equipped with special laser welding software, the welding spot or graph can be directly entered and edited in the software. With the software, it is also feasible to process the spot or graph that is editable in other software such as AutoCAD and CoreIDRAW, etc.

The quick movement of laser spot from laser of galvanometer laser welding machine is realized through the swinging of galvanometer. So, the high-speed high-precision spot welding and continuous welding of any graph can be realized on the welding plane within the welding range.
