SDXQ-3-type manual single girder suspension crane for handling small amount of efficiency and speed and less attention to non-supply warehouse, workshop or maintenance equipment, etc.. Operating temperature not lower than -20 degrees. Manual Single-girder overhead crane mainly by the main beam, side beam, the main driven wheels, transmission, manual monorail car, hand chain hoist chains. Crane installation must meet the following conditions:
1. Poor rail joint shall not exceed the level of tolerance 1mm, the gap is less than 2mm.
2. Gauge LK less than 8m, tolerance 3mm, LK gauge greater than 8m, tolerance 5mm.
3. Orbit altitude to allow deviation of 5mm.
4. Orbit slope to allow for the track length film car 1 / 1000.
5. Orbit bending allowable deviation of 3mm.
