Productcharacteristics and application scope: high content of fixed carbon, low sulfurcontent, stable carburetion effect and high absorptivity of carbon, best degreeof graphitization, improve the nucleation of melted iron, it is mainly appliedto the carburetion of various electro-smelting cast steel and iron casting.
Recommended method ofapplication:
A. adjustcarbon content while blending, add it into the place below the middle part ofthe electric furnace along with metal furnace charge when melting down liquidsteel(iron) in accordance with the requirement of carbon content, absorptivityof carbon could reach 90%-95%, during strong carburant residue shall not appear,otherwise it is easy to be wrapped in the non-waste residue and influence theabsorption of carbon thereby.
