1. It has rolling sealed bearing structure. The cylinder rolling element isplaced within the groove
of roller cone, thus enlarging the journal size and ensuring a betterperformance of roller bit.
2. The secondary surface of thrust bearing of roller bit has been handledwith antifriction and
hardening treatment so as to decrease the frictional force of bit forprotecting its hardening
resistance.
3. The roller bit uses new type lubricating grease which can bear the hightemperature of 250ºC
and boasts abrasion resistance.
4. The full rubber oil reservoir uses limitabledifferential pressure and can prevent drilling fluid
