MSPQ-E preventing tilt and collision system for intelligent crown is a kind of electronic control instrument, which has a very stable structure, it is applied to enable the drilling traveling block move in preset range, and prevent the headframe excessive tilting, it has double displays of digital display and graphic display, which can show operator real-time location of traveling block and dip angle of biax.
The instrument is equipped with audible and visual alarm, it can warn operators, when there is some abnormal situation. such as traveling block's position beyond lower and upper limit, drop too fast, headframe tilts excessively, it can protect the safety of equipments and workers.
