Production conditions:
1.The block machine work to be a flat workplace;wooden pallets 500-800 express(850*550*40mm) wood pallets must be kept smooth and the positive highly consistent.
2.Raw material requirements:gravel,particle size not greater than 10mm,needly-like,flaky particles not than 15%,including debris,soil,stone and not more than 2% of the weight.
3.Block conservation:when(the outdoor temperature is 20°c-30°c),the nature conservancy in shape after 3-4 hours, you can cover water conservation,24-hour maintenance can turn the heap.Two days later,when the temperature is too low,you can turn the heap curing,curing time 7days.Sunny days water every two hours to pay once,watering at least 1-2 times one night; paul maintained block wet winter in addition to water,but also cover,in order to avoid frozen; turn pile,stacking is to gently.so as not to break something.
