Operation Process:
1, Move the pile machine and body frame, make the pile tip align with pile location.
2, Drive the Vibratory Hammer, drop the pile to the established depth.
3, Fill in the required volume gravel to the pile machine.
4, Pump the air into the pile machine by air compressor.
5, Lift the machine1—2m, the gravel will drop to the drilling hole by the air pressure and gravity.
6, Drop the pile machine to ensure the gravel compact.
7, Repeat above (4)\(5)\(6) process.
8, When the gravel in the pile machine to be used at the allowed volume, fill in the gravel again, then repeat above (4)\(5)\(6) process.
9, when the pile machine lifted to the designed height of the pile top, all the process complete.
