Product Description

Drilling fluid vacuum degasser operates on a principle that the drill mud are forced to flow and distributed to vacuum degasser to flow as thin film and is exposed to the vacuum within the vessel. This allows the gas to escape or break out of the mud . The drilling fluid vacuum degasser releases the gas and discharge it to the disposal line. Mud exits the degasser under the action of the vacuum removel and is returned to the mud system for process. Drilling fluid vacuum degasser mechanically remove entrained gases such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and natural gas from the mud system, otherwise entrained gas can reduce the hydrostatic head of the mud column and can cause catastrophic well control problems.

Drilling fluid vacuum degasser or Mud gas separators are the first units of solids control equipment arranged to treat mud. As they process all of the mud from the flowline before the mud reaches the primary shale shakers. The units have no moving parts and rely on the density difference between the gas and the mud for removal. The process is simple, yet very vital and effective.

TRZCQ series drilling fluid vacuum degasser is a special-purpose device and a new type one for the treatment of gas in the drilling fluids. It can get rid of various gas of invasive drilling quickly.

some features of TRZCQ vacuum degasser:

1.Maximum separation efficiency
2.High-efficiency solid removal
3.Low costs
4.Optimum HSE performance
5.Requires less rig space
