Adpoting ways of transportation by tins or buckets, the waste mineral oil are unloded into filtering ponds directly. After the process of sedimentation and filter, pumped the waste oil into oil-water separator, then discharge the waste water and pump the isolated oil to tank separately.
Through secondary filter, heat the oil up to certain temperature, feed it continuously flow to vacumm film evaporator, furtherly desorb the water in the waste mineral oil to isolate the clean oil and heavy oil.
Then start the secondary filtration in molecular distillators to distillate the lubricating oil with Simens PLC and color touch screen to control the whole process.
