Application:

Usage:
1.Cold compress: put the cold/hot packs into freezer to be refrigerated for half an hour before taking out for use or put it in the freezer for preparation.
2. Hot compress:
1. Wrap it in wet towel or cloth and put the cold/hot packs into microwave oven to be warmed for 100 seconds for each time, and for 60 seconds in the second time if they are used continuously.
2. Put it in hot water of 80 celsius degree or so to suck heat for a few minutes.
