Application:
For uncoiling, straightening, high-precise scroll cutting and stacking tinplate or aluminum. It is an important device for can-making or metal-printing companies to reduce tinplate loss and producing cost.
The series of shearing line is for the metal rolling plate after coiling, leveling, fixed length, cutting into the required length flat sheet and stacking.It is suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal materials after coated zinc on surface. Cross cutting line consists of loading car, uncoiler, leveling, feeding mechanism, cutting machines, transport equipment, stacking equipment and other components.
Cutting speed and shearing precision is counted as per length of shearing sheet which is 2m; times of shearing is counted as per length of shearing sheet . The technical parameter and layout of equipment can be confirmed as per customers' requests.
