Manufacture Process
The manufacture of strip is started with producing the ingot by advanced vacuum melting process. The trip production includes forging, rolling, annealing, acid-washing, polishing, cutting etc. The strip is produced to the required sizes. There will be quality test for each batch of product, such as test to thickness tolerance, content, hardness, etc.
