Features:
DPR-250 Tropical (AL/PL/AL) Blister Packager got two patents from the state. It can be used for different packaging of three kinds of material: ALU/PVC, ALU/ALU, ALU/PVC/ALU and up to the purpose that a machine three uses.
Characters are following:
1) Transmission organization: Adopt the most new-type high-power transmission to arrange the chain and drive the main drive shaft, has avoided the errors and noises of its gear wheel transmission.
2) Electric apparatus system: Adopting PLC control system of German Siemens result in that every engineer location of transmission of the machine is in procedure.
3) Detection system: adopt video detector that can modify of the 5% different pharmaceutical sample of the shape and delete it automatically, or adopt the digital calculating equipment of the optic fibre that can detect the number of medicines.
4) Pneumatic system: Adopt photo electricity control and can program with PLC that make every organization of operation accurate, also enable packing the products in many worker's location and the operation at a long distance. It guarantees the stability of moving ahead simultaneously.
5) Photoelectric equipment: Using photoelectric indexing device makes to be clear and pleasing to print pictures and texts, and improve the level of the packing of products.
6) Combined body: it is convenient to enter the purification workshop already fitted up smoothly for the user.
7) All the parts is made of stainless steel and prevent the across infect which can meet the "GMP" standard.
