DPP-250F Flat Plate Automatic Blister Packing Machine for alu-pvc and alu alu

            DPP-250F Blister Packing Machine collects optical-mechanical-electrical as integration, and it's controlled by programable PLC system. It is widely used in industry of pharmaceutical, foodstuff, electron, medicine equipment and metals products. It is suitable for ALU/PVC, Paper/PVC and ALU/ALU packing. The main working procedure such as forming, feeding, hot-sealing, impressing, cutting can be completed automatically. The machine can also be matched with servo traction device, photoelectric alignment device, fiber detector or video detector according to the demand of customers.

1. Package: pharmaceuticals (capsules, tablets, pills, soft gel, injection, ampoule and etc.); food (chewing gum, candy, chocolate and etc.); other similar products (electron, battery, hardware and etc).

3. All functions of this packager are automatically completed continuously.

4. Besides the standard configuration, this model blister packing machine can also be equipped with other devices, e.g. photoelectric registration for printing, Japan Panasonic servo traction, Germany Festo pneumatic components, Japan or France brand name camera detection.
