HS3640 trolley type shot blasting machine is mainly used for the shot blasting of large castings surface or structure parts. The use of high-speed rotation of the impeller throw the projectile to hit the surface of the workpiece surface, impact and scraping on the workpiece surface, it can not only cleaning the sand, scale, rust and dirt, etc. on the surface of workpiece, but also can eliminate the stress of the workpiece surface, to improve the fatigue strength of the workpiece, increases paint adhesion when painting, and ultimately to improve the entire workpiece surface and internal quality.
 

The shot blasting machine has the following characteristics:

• The layout of blast wheel have to through a dynamic three-dimensional computer simulation of projectile.

• Use a large shot blasting volume, high velocity projectile direct type blast wheel, it can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency and get satisfactory cleaning quality.

• All the blast wheel use the balancing instrument testing, the torque balance is between 12 ~ 15N · mm (National Standard is 18.6N · mm).

• Electronic control system is provided with fault detection means, any moving parts on equipment failure are able to automatically sound and light alarm, and shot each moving parts in order.

• Electric control system adopts PLC, it has two kinds of control model, automatic and manual, it is easy to adjust the operating state of the components and equipment maintenance.
