It is designed with 3, 4 or 6 polishing head, which is not only meeting different production requirements, but also can be ideal for conversion technology products. Equipment is suitable for integration into advanced drawing lines, drawing its speed can be up to 240 m / min and can also be used as a standalone device for finishing.Use QX series shot blasting machine, it can range from 5 to 130mm diameter of wire, bar or section single-wire descaling by shot blasting. Select the device in accordance with the production process and descaling speed, the most important thing is efficiency and customized solutions. The device is equipped with high-performance reel, straightening unit driving means, as well as loading and unloading systems.

The device uses a unique "revolving door + double cantilever axis" carrier plate round wire, to achieve duplex mode of operation, greatly increasing the production capacity of the apparatus. Cantilever shaft is made of special alloy steel, the wire in the Shot Blasting process, as "up and down swing + + reverse rotation" compound action in order to achieve a thorough clean-up effect.
