Use 3 large flat washers provide on the back side of the blades between braces and plastic. 1 for each of the 3 bolts. Attach braces to the same side of the handle. if the scraper should become twisted during shipping, or thru use, you can bend it back with no danger of breaking the blade. you will not break the blade.
If the blade should become dull or uneven thru use this material can be sharpened just like steel.
