Product introduction

EAGER series snow-melting agent spreader is a machine used in road surface snow and ice conditions, to preventing snow thickness, freezing, avoiding safety accidents, to ensure smooth traffic and normal operation of snow-melting agent spreader. The optional salt spreading agents can be salt, sand, calcium chloride and other snow removal medium. It is suitable for snow removing operation of highway, express road, city road, airport, square, scenic road.

Characteristics

1. The whole machine is controlled by computer and is totally auto controlled. (over 7.5m3)

2. The power device adopts auxiliary engine to drive the hydraulic system and adopts modular design of pre-concentration which is convenient to transform truck with compact structure.

3. The special designed distributing device not only could be convenient to adjust the spreading direction but also could 

adjust the spreading height.

4. The spreading width could be adjusted from 2 to 12 m , which could adapt to the changing spread to ensure constant 

spreading quantity.

5. Carbon steel chain conveyor (optional stainless steel material) is anti-slip, stable of conveying quantity, free-maintenance and long lifetime.

6. The distributing device adopts carbon steel (optional stainless steel material) and anti-corrosion, which could adjust the spreading direction. 

7. The machine has the advantages of simple operation, which means single person could finish all the operations in cab.

8. This machine could be installed on various brands and models truck chas sises.

9. The bought-in components for the key part of the machine adopts the imported well-qualified elements to ensure the reliability for the whole machine, which improves the whole machine's using lifetime.
