EAGER series microwave recycling maintenance vehicles are designed and manufactured based on high-grade asphalt pavement repair and maintenance requirements. Hot-fill is an ideal method for highway road maintenance; there are no weak joints after repair, can extending the road service life. However, the highway pavement asphalt surface generally lying thick, using the normal heating method is difficult to achieve the desired heating results, but to use microwave heating asphalt concrete pavement, heating depth can reach up to 10cm, can totally achieve repairing of highway road cracks. Thus to use of microwave heating and repair of high-grade highway pavement has become the development trend of highway maintenance.

Generator set as power source.
2. Thermal insulation material box
Double boxes, capacity of each box is 0.4m³, the equipment used diesel generator exhaust gas as heating energy, can re-heating and insulation the cooling asphalt concrete mix material or mixed asphalt mixing material.
3. Microwave leakage preventing device
Equipped with microwave leakage shielding plate and shield chain, can prevent microwave leakage. The device structure is simple; it has good microwave leakage preventing effect, which used for microwave pavement heater.
4. Microwave heating plate
Microwave heating plate size of 1.3m², 2.1 m² and 3.2 m²; 15-20min heating time in spring and autumn, 12-15min in summer, heating temperature between 120-150 degrees, the heating depth can reach up to 6-18cm.
5. Emulsified asphalt tank
Capacity: 200L; Adopt pressure spray.
6. Electronic control system
Using PLC control, touch screen operation.
