Product introduction:
Chloride ion is one important factor to induce reinforcement corrosion. In order to avoid premature reinforcement corrosion, chloride ion in the concrete raw material must be controlled very strictly. The related standards in our country have clear requirements to test chloride ion when chooses the raw materials, such as the matching sand, aggregate concrete, cement and admixture, mixing water, fundamentally avoid adding excessive chloride ion into the concrete. The test of the chloride ion content in concrete structure plays a significant role for the evaluation of the structure safety, and provides the extreme reference value basis for the renovation and repair of the old structure at the same time.
The instrument follows the related standards, such as GB/T 50476-2008, JGJ206-2010, JTJ 270-98 and so on. It adopts the ISE (Ion Selective Electrode) method to rapidly test the water soluble chloride ion content of the inorganic material in room temperature, such as concrete, sand , cement, mixing water, by the equipped professional software and anti-interference chemical reagents, to achieve the purposes of prevention and control of premature concrete reinforcement corrosion occurrence.
Feature
1. Can rapidly test the chloride ion concentration in 30second
2. LCD display, instant printing, one key for completing the test, simple operation
3. Unique self-diagnosis function and PC analysis software
4. Special ion anti-interference agent can remove the oxidation effect of cyanogens and ammonia, and remove the complexation effect of manganese, lead and other metal ion
5. Build-in micro-computer can print immediately, simple operation
6. Great data storage capacity can store 100 test data, data is continuous, safe and reliable
Detection principle:
NJCL-L Rapid concrete chloride tester adopts the ISE (ion selective electrode) method rapidly to test the chlorine ion content of concrete, sandstone, admixture and the other water-soluble matters. The range of chlorine ion concentration is 10-5 ~ 10-1 M mol/L. Operation is simple, and can be used in the field detection, data accurate and rapid, automatic data processing.
Test object:
Sea sand, ordinary sand, new mixed concrete, hard concrete, cement, stones, and admixture, concrete mixing water and other water-soluble material.
