Multi-Rope Friction Mine Hoist

The closed rope winded the drum which has the container in the central,when rotate the motor by the drum,lifting and placing of the container via the friction between the rope and drum;and adjust speed via the electric drive;and the brake of disc brake via hydraulic and electric system;and the depth indicator via the kinds of indicator system and the monitor and protection of the machine via the varies of the sensors and the control parts;and to transfer the information via the computer and the net technology.

Technical characteristics:

     1.according to the characteristic principles of the hoist,it can be equipped tith the single brake disc or friction wheels of double brake disc.the friction liner of floor-mounted friction hoist is double-rope slot,and equip with rope drawing device,while the single-rope slot for the sinking winder.

      2.without oil,pouring the water or using the special grease,the friction factor of the friction liner is not less than 0.25,all of these are used the phenol resin to fix the block and press the block.

       3.pulley and sheave device with eccentric distribution,equipped with the PVC liner on the wheels.

       4.it used with separate oil cylinder post disc brake,and electric-liquid control.hydraulic station divided into two types,one is middle-lower pressure,and the other is middle-higher pressure.the hydraulic station of middle-lower pressure has two types,one in constant electric delay and the other is two-stage brake of hydraulic delay the hydraulic station of middle-higher pressure has two types which are constant deceleration and two-stage brake of constant torque,it can equipped with the pressure relay,the pressure sensor and the pressure transfer.

       5the set of speed check drive and protection provided brake disc beat monitor device,car slot device and the special tools.

       6.all the four chosen control console used with integrated signal lights,the two of these are desk type,and equipped with a modern integral control handle,one of these has it is own computer for liquid crystal display and the other two of these are equipped with digital depth indicator which are split control console.all of these have special table,such as working television or computer,printer and so on.

       7it was equipped with net control of the sinking winder and remote diagnostic system.
