Main application and characteristics

M1432B type universal cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding inside and outside round cylindrical and conical workpiece, and it is best for the single piece and batches production workshop.

Workpiece, inside and outside round the wheel, oil pump and cooling pump drived by individual motor. Head frame realize the stepless speed by frequency conversion motor. The machine table longitudinal mobile has manual and liquid move.The grinding wheel frame lateral movement has hydraulic quick advance retreat, manually and automatic cycle feed function.Spindle bearing use the sliding bearing which consists of two groups of four pieces bush.

1. Stable running without noise can be achieved because of adopting screw pump in hydraulic system.

2. High rotating precision and strong rigidity can be obtained by sleeve-type whole-tile moving hydraulic bare shaft system on the spindle of wheel head.

3. Slideway is covered by the plastic so it can gain slow speed running and high immunity to vibration.

4. The machine has high pracision, reasonable integral layout, beautiful shape. Centeralized and imaginary operating lever are easy and safe for operating.

5. MB(high precision semi-automatic) grinding machine can perform semi-automatic precision cutting, longitudinal grinding to make high precision parts by using limited stroke or controlled by process gauge in small batch or mass production.
