This machine is suitable for grinding shaft parts. For two axis CNC machine that is grinding wheel frame linkage to the X axis, into the longitudinal mobile Z axis, and X and Z axis CNC linkage can be realized, and configurate K100Gi-D series grinding machine dedicated system.
This machine can according to the needs of user configurate online automatic measurement system (axial orientation, the circle)then realize the closed-loop control processing measure.
This machine adopts semi-enclosed protection device (after lathe bed top open), control panel and pressure on the right in machine tools, accord with human engineering requirements, machine tools' operation is convenient, the structure is simple, and it is of high performance to price ratio.
Machine tools with one fixation can complete the automatic grinding cycle, the whole cycle control by CNC grinding process(also can use on-line monitoring instrument). Grinding cycle and trim cycle can be automatically convert according the program.
