CKP0636 is a high precision CNC lathe, this machine adopt whole lathe bed (lathe bed base integration design, avoid the cumulative errors when assemblling).
Main transmission adopts stepless frequency to control, can realize constant linear cutting function.
Dragging plate adopts high precision mobile linear rolling guide rail, sports without noise, ensure good surface roughness for workpiece(Non-ferrous metal can be up to 0.4) and faster processing speed.
All casting using high brand resin sand castings modelling, and go though artificial aging treatment, guide adopt the telescopic protection, improve the waterproof, imprve the waterproof and cutting ability. Machine slideway, drag board, ball screw use automatic cycle lubrication.
