   Miscella oil refining is the synthetical process that the miscella oil can be refined directly without the high-temperature exsolution. In the processing, miscella oil coming from extractor is blended to a certain concentration, added acid and thorough mixed in the first evaporator for the acid reaction. Then it is added alkali and thorough mixed for the neutralization reaction. After heating, the miscella oil is flowed into the centrifuge. Then the oil foot can be transported into the special equipment to recovery the solvent, and the miscella oil can be transported into the solvent evaporator for desolution. Using the freezing vacuum system, the consumption of steam and discharge of waste water can be decreased, and the stability of vacuum system can be guaranteed.
