Working Principle of DH2814/2818 high efficient coal slime dryer:
Dying process needs toconsume large amount of heat energy. In order to save energy, somematerials with high moisture content, suspending liquid and solutionwhich contain solid objects should be mechanically dewatered or heatedfirst, and then they can be dried in a dryer to get dry solids.
Duringdrying process, heat and weight (moisture content) transfer need to befinished simultaneously, thus guaranteeing a higher moisture and watervapor partial pressure inside the dryer than that outside the dryer, andguaranteeing a higher temperature of heat source than that ofmaterials.
