Application of DH2400*18000 mineral powder dryer:
Material to be dried enters the dryer,and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series ofinternal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material getshigh enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottomof the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. This gasstream can either be moving toward the discharge end from the feed end(known as co-current flow), or toward the feed end from the dischargeend (known as counter-current flow). The gas stream can be made up of amixture of air and combustion gases from a burner, in which case thedryer is called a direct heated dryer. Alternatively, the gas stream mayconsist of air or another (sometimes inert) gas that is preheated.
Operating Principles of DH2400*18000 mineral powder dryer:
1.Since the machine has a gradient, the materials enter the cylinder from its higher side.
2.Thereis full of hot gas in the cylinder, materials will be rolled by themetal plate inside up and down to accelerate the drying rate, then theywill pushed to the lower side by the rolling device.
3.The dried materials will be collected at the bottom.
