1:Applications of coal ash dryer:
coal ash dryer is professionally designed for drying coal,slurryl,ignite ,coal ash and so on. coal ash dryer has advantages oflow cost,low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintenance,etc. Inaddition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any anglewhichcan save space and solve plant dimension limitation.
2:working principles of coal ash dryer :
the raw material plate which is arranged reasonably withchangeableangles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotarycylinder.Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flowandchanged into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Thenthematerials would be dryed.
it is suitable to process materials which moisture contentbetween35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time.That meansit can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if thehumidity ofmaterials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increasedwith less offuel.
