2. Working principle of coal ash dryer
1\Coal ash entered the inner layer of three-layer roller throughfeeding device to be fair current dried. Coal ash is continuouslyshoveled up by shoveling plate. And it falls down in a spiral scatter torealize its heat exchange.
2\Materials move to the other end of inner layer and enter into themiddle layer to have counter-current drying. Materials is being movedon in a two steps forward and one step backward way.
3\The middle layer materials both absorb the heat from inner layerand middle layer. At the same time,thus it extending the drying time andreach the best drying state.
4\Then materials move to the other side of middle layer and enterinto outer layer. Materials move in a rectangular multi-loop way. Welldried materials will be quickly discharges by hot air. Not well driedmaterials will back to rectangular multi-loop and again to be drieduntil it is well dried.
