Description of coal ash dryer:

Working principle of coal ash dryer
1\Coal ash entered the inner layer of three-layer roller through feeding device to be fair current dried. Coal ash is continuously shoveled up by shoveling plate. And it falls down in a spiral scatter to realize its heat exchange.
2\Materials move to the other end of inner layer and enter into the middle layer to have counter-current drying. Materials is being moved on in a two steps forward and one step backward way.
3\The middle layer materials both absorb the heat from inner layer and middle layer. At the same time,thus it extending the drying time and reach the best drying state.
4\Then materials move to the other side of middle layer and enter into outer layer. Materials move in a rectangular multi-loop way. Well dried materials will be quickly discharges by hot air. Not well dried materials will back to rectangular multi-loop and again to be dried until it is well dried.
Advantages of coal ash dryer:
it is suitable to process materials which moisture content between35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time. That meansit can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if the humidity ofmaterials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased with less offuel.
