Shaking Table is made up of machine head, motor, adjusting gradient device, bed, bunker, water tank, rifle bar and lubrication system.
Working principle of Mineral separation equipment Shaking Table:
During the benificiation process, the mineral particles from the angle above the bed surface go to the slot, at the same time from the horizontal to the water tank washing water, at the same time the water channel rushes water transversely. In this way, under the effect of gravity, the transverse direction running water impulsive force, and the inertia and friction created by the reciprocation symmetry of movement of the bed surface, the ore grain separates according to the proportion and the granularity, and makes the longitudinal motion along the surface of bed and makes the transversal motion along the inclined surface of bed. Therefore the ore grains with different proportion and different granularity fly heading different direction, and discharge separately from the ore concentrate end and the debris side's two different areas, finally divided into the ore concentrate, the middling and the debris.
