Description of coal ash dryer:
The new professional drying equipment is mainly consists of rotor, shed plate, transmission device, support device, seal ring, and other spare parts.
The coal ash dryer has the advantages ofreasonable structure, excellent manufacture, high output, low energyconsumption, convenient operation and so on.
The coal ash dryer is applicable for particlematerials, and is also applicable for paste and viscous materials whichare mingled with particle materials, or materials whose water content ishigh.
The coal ash dryer has the advantages of largeproduction volume, wide application range, small flow resistance, largeadjustable range, and convenient operation, etc.
Working principle of coal ash dryer
1\Coal ash entered the inner layer of three-layer roller throughfeeding device to be fair current dried. Coal ash is continuouslyshoveled up by shoveling plate. And it falls down in a spiral scatter torealize its heat exchange.
2\Materials move to the other end of inner layer and enter into themiddle layer to have counter-current drying. Materials is being movedon in a two steps forward and one step backward way.
3\The middle layer materials both absorb the heat from inner layerand middle layer. At the same time,thus it extending the drying time andreach the best drying state.
4\Then materials move to the other side of middle layer and enterinto outer layer. Materials move in a rectangular multi-loop way. Welldried materials will be quickly discharges by hot air. Not well driedmaterials will back to rectangular multi-loop and again to be drieduntil it is well dried.
Advantages of coal ash dryer:
it is suitable to process materials which moisture contentbetween35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time.That meansit can reduce approx.30% for one drying time. But if thehumidity ofmaterials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increasedwith less offuel.
