For the first problem,due to the thickness of electroplate.motor pulley of cnc turned parts' zinc's thickness is too thick.Before electroplate,we make a new drawing that change the tolerance,at last,it final approved.
For the second problem,our QC don't use the key to check.Before delivery,we make a key to check the groove.
For third problem,it aslo due to the electroplate's problem.We discuss with our electroplate factory and they will improve it and before delivery,we aslo will check it.
