350~900QZ(H)B submersible axial flow pump is the submersible pump that is the integration of motor and pump and common shaft transmission, which is assemble by YQGN260~740 submersible motor and the matched ZLB model vertical axial flow pump. It can dive in the sewage water and cleaning water in a long period, and it has more advantages than traditional pump:
1. Because it is the integration of motor and pump, it need not consume time to install the motor transmission and pump countershaft line, it is very easy to install.
2. Because it diving in the water to operate, it can greatly predigest the construction of pump station, reduce the installation area, save the project cost about 30-40%.
3. The pump diving in the water to operate, there is almost no noise upward the water surface. The pump cooling is use the water flow; it can not bring the environment high temperature, the person in the control room on duty, the working environment is very comfortable.
4. There is no oil, water, gas and other assistant equipment, easy operation.
5. The pump adopt three ways of machine sealing to prevent motor and oil room entering water, F grade insulation, protection grade IP68 (IEC). The pump body adopt the national unify design water model, the performance and reliable are higher than traditional pump, convenience for choose the model.
The transmission medium is water or physical chemistry liquid which similar to water, the maximum temperature rise of transmitted liquid is 40K.
