DCA-520 twin loop wire binding machine
Semi-Automatic twin loop wire binding machine can be feed by spool or through forming machine. The machine counts, cuts and places the wire in position to be closed. The operator places the perforated book on the table where the machine takes the book and places it in the wire before closing the wire. The machine can produce between 600-900 books per hour, depending on operator. This machine is ideal for the production of notebook, calendars, agendas, albums, etc.

The CREATIVE 520 is an automatic binding machine for processing for books, calendars and skip-binding.
By pressing the foot pedal the book is clamped and the binding table moves forward into the closing bars and the binding is closed.
The calendar hanger tool is required for producing calendars. Straight wire pieces are formed into the hanger shape and then automatically guided into the wire before closing. By manual preparing and inserting of the calendar hanger is a thing of the past.
The main control panel uses touch-screen technology. The screen clearly displays all current machine data, menus for adjustment and operation and - if necessary - error messages.
Optionally available for this machine is a spare parts package. If you buy it with the machine it ensures high availability for critical spare parts.
